SF-VFLD is a single-sided, low-density PVC foam tape designed to conform to irregular surfaces and tight curves. Its closed-cell foam combines flexibility with a high-performance acrylic adhesive for gasketing, weather sealing and general-purpose cushioning in automotive, HVAC and construction applications.

  • Conformable closed-cell PVC foam: helps form positive seals on uneven surfaces.
  • Single-sided acrylic adhesive: supplied with a white siliconized paper release liner for clean handling and application.
  • Weather and chemical resistance: suitable for demanding sealing and protection applications.
  • Cushioning and vibration control: useful around door frames, vehicle components, speakers and electronic components.
  • Temperature flexibility: remains pliable from -4°F to 176°F.

Select the foam thickness and roll length, width and rolls per case, then color. Quantity 1 means one complete case of the selected size and color. Shipping is paid by the buyer and is additional to the product price.

  • Force to compress 25%: 3.0–4.0 psi
  • Compression deflection: 1.0–2.5 psi
  • Minimum tensile strength: greater than 15 psi
  • Minimum adhesion to stainless steel: greater than 12 oz/in
