Return and Refund Policy
At Total Tapes, we want every customer to receive the correct product in good condition. Please review the product size, color, quantity, case count, and specifications before completing your purchase.
By placing an order on TotalTapes.com, you agree to the following return and refund policy.
Individual Products
Products purchased individually may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:

Unused and unopened

In its original condition
-
In its original packaging
-
Returned with all labels, parts, and accessories
Eligible individual products may receive a free return label.
Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping and expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless Total Tapes made an error with the order.
Full Cases, Boxes, Cartons, and Bulk Orders
All products purchased by the full case, box, carton, pallet, or bulk quantity are final sale.
Full-case and bulk orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged because the customer:

Ordered the wrong size, width, length, color, or quantity

Ordered the wrong product
-
Ordered more merchandise than needed
-
No longer needs the product
-
Purchased the product by mistake
-
Did not review the product description or specifications
-
Determines that the product is not suitable for their intended use
We strongly recommend purchasing an individual unit or requesting product information before purchasing a full case or bulk quantity.
Full-case and bulk orders are only eligible for assistance when Total Tapes shipped the wrong product or when the merchandise arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the product description.
Wrong, Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products
Please contact Total Tapes Customer Service within 5 days of delivery if:

We shipped the wrong product

The product arrived damaged
-
The product is defective
-
Merchandise is missing from the shipment
-
The product is materially different from what was ordered
Please provide:

Your name
-
Your order number
-
A description of the problem
-
Pictures of the product
-
Pictures of the shipping box and packaging

The quantity affected
Please do not throw away the product, packaging, or shipping box until the claim has been reviewed.
When Total Tapes confirms the problem, we may:

Ship the correct product
-
Replace the damaged or defective product
-
Ship the missing merchandise
-
Provide a prepaid return label
-
Issue a full or partial refund
Customers will not be responsible for return shipping when the problem was caused by Total Tapes.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they enter fulfillment or are shipped.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed because orders may be processed shortly after being placed.
Once an order enters fulfillment or ships, it cannot be canceled. The applicable return policy will then apply.
Refusing a delivery does not automatically qualify the order for a refund. Any carrier charges caused by refusing the delivery may be deducted from an eligible refund.
Subscription Orders
Customers may cancel, pause, or modify their subscription before the next subscription order enters fulfillment or ships.
Once a subscription order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
This includes situations where the customer:

Forgot to cancel the subscription

Selected the wrong product or quantity
-
No longer needs the product
-
Purchased the subscription by mistake
Canceling a subscription will stop future eligible orders, but it will not cancel or refund an order that has already entered fulfillment or shipped.
Subscription orders are only eligible for assistance when:

Total Tapes shipped the wrong product
-
The shipment is incomplete
-
The product arrives damaged or defective
-
The product is materially different from what was ordered
Special-Order and Customized Products
Custom-cut, custom-slit, custom-printed, specially manufactured, converted, or special-order products are final sale.
These products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless Total Tapes made an error or the product is defective.
Return Authorization
All returns must be approved by Total Tapes Customer Service before the merchandise is sent back.
Products returned without authorization may be refused and may not qualify for a refund.
Receiving a returned package does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Refunds are normally submitted to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
Your bank or financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
