Order processing and delivery

Total Tapes strives to ship orders the same day. Most domestic orders ship from our warehouse in Doral, Florida, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days, depending on your location, carrier, and shipping option.

Most orders do not require a signature. Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping charges

Free shipping is available on eligible individual items and select full cases or boxes. Other full cases and boxes have shipping calculated at checkout. Please review the shipping information for your selected product option. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping rates depend on the weight of your order, delivery destination, and shipping method. Available options and their prices are displayed at checkout.

P.O. Box delivery

We ship to P.O. Boxes. Enter your complete P.O. Box address at checkout to see the available shipping options.

Tracking your order

Tracking information is sent to the email address provided with your order. If you have a customer account, you can also check your order information there. If you cannot find your tracking email, contact us for assistance.

Carrier tracking updates can take more than 24 hours after shipment to appear. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your package.

International shipping

Please contact us for international delivery options and bulk pricing. Tracking availability depends on the destination, carrier, and service selected. If you need tracking, confirm a tracked shipping option with us before placing your order.

International shipments are estimated to reach the destination country's customs office within 4–12 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, and shipping option. This estimate is for arrival at customs, not final delivery.
