High-performance double-coated tissue tape for industrial splicing, converting and laminating.

DC-4210VS combines a thin white non-woven tissue carrier with modified, solvent-free acrylic adhesive on both sides and a yellow glassine release liner. It provides strong direct tack, continuous adhesive strength and dynamic shear performance, including on many demanding surfaces and during heat-assisted processing.

  • Industrial converting: designed for corrugated paper, paper and film splicing and wide-web laminating.
  • Broad substrate compatibility: adheres to foam, metal, glass, plastic, non-woven material, felt and many low-surface-energy substrates such as PE and PP.
  • Thin construction: 3.9 mil (0.10 mm) total thickness, excluding liner, with a 0.5 mil white non-woven tissue carrier.
  • Durable acrylic system: good temperature, UV and aging resistance with no plasticizer migration on most surfaces.
  • Two production lengths: choose 55 yd (50 m) or 110 yd (100 m).
